RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY RMA Requests

STANDARD 30-DAY

Nextwarehouse is a distributor and is not the manufacturer of the products. Since we do not manufacture the products, we are not liable for any manufacturing defects. All of the products that we offer are new and has the original manufacturer warranty. We properly pack the items and we do not break-open the original manufacturer seal to minimize any risk of damage during transit. We believe that all of the products that we offer surpass each individual manufacturer's strict quality control. Although, we are unaware of your decisions to select a specific manufacturer for a product, we will make an effort try to make your shopping experience with Nextwarehouse a pleasurable event.

In the rare event, an item has a manufacturer defect within 30-days of invoice, Nextwarehouse will split the shipping costs with you to obtain a replacement. The customer would pay to ship the item back to Nextwarehouse, Nextwarehouse will replace the defective unit and ship the item to you for at our cost. And do not forget to include all of the original packaging material.

We understand that it can be a hassle to conduct an RMA. We will try to make any return process as quick and efficient as possible. With any RMA request, the best way to request an RMA is to complete our online RMA form. The RMA department will contact you within 48 Business hours with regards to your request.

Due to manufacturer restrictions, we are not able to accept return for refund on certain products line. These items are only eligible for an exchange of the same product in the event of a manufacturing defect. Standard 30-Days Return Process
  1. Customer to request for RMA within the 30-Days of invoice date
  2. Upon approval, RMA department will issue a RMA number
  3. Customer will return the product to the warehouse that is designated by the RMA email. Customer is responsible for the return all freight charges and insurance.
  4. Once the warehouse checks the returned product, a replacement will be ship out or refund will be issued minus any restocking fee.
  5. RMA is completed for this order.

Express Cross-Ship 30-Days Return Process
  1. Customer to request for RMA within the 30-Days invoice date
  2. Upon approval, RMA department will issue a RMA number.
  3. RMA department will submit a cross-shipment order. Customer will pay for the cross-shipment order with a valid credit card.
  4. The new replacement is shipped out to the customer.
  5. Once the warehouse checks the defective unit, Nextwarehouse will issue a refund for the cross-shipment order. Any shipment upgrade for the cross-shipment is not refundable.
  6. RMA is completed for this order.


Return for Refund or Replacement

Unopened Items

Most of the unopened items offered by Nextwarehouse.com are returnable within 30 days. An unopened item is deemed to be in the original product with the manufacturer seal still intact with all of the original packaging materials.

Any request to return an unopened item for a refund will have an imposable restocking fee of up to 10% or $15.00 which ever is higher. Shipping costs are not refundable

Opened Items

Certain opened items are not returnable for refund. If the item is defective, we will replace the unit with the same make and model. Please refer to Return Exception for details.

Any request to return an opened item for a refund will have an imposable restocking fee of up to 25%. Shipping costs are not refundable

Items that are marked with Manufacturer Direct warranty item are not returnable to Nextwarehouse. Any warranty claim will have to be made directly to the respective manufacturer.

SHIPPING ERROR

Received Wrong Item

We understand how frustrating it is to receive the wrong item. Therefore, contact us immediately via our Customer Service and Return Department Online service, or call us at 1-877-235-6628. The correct item will be shipped to you immediately upon our receipt of the incorrect item.

Item Damaged in Transit

If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage, please refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier is responsible for these damages, not you. If, upon opening the carton, you discover that the product was damaged during shipment, contact the carrier for inspection. If your order was shipped via UPS and arrives damaged, save the original packing materials and call UPS (1 800 PICK UPS) to report the damage. Then please contact us via our Customer Service and Return Department Online service, or call us at 1-877-235-6628, and NextWarehouse.com will file a claim.

RMA TERMS

All items sold by NextWarehouse.com are automatically covered by NextWarehouse.com's 30-day Guarantee against defects, except as otherwise specified on an individual basis on the invoice. Defect in this context means manufacturer's defects. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from work done by non-NextWarehouse.com certified technicians.

We do not guarantee compatibility.

NextWarehouse.com is not responsible for typographic errors and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with incorrect information.

Return of Products purchased hereunder shall be governed by NextWarehouse.com's Product Return policies as set forth herein on the date of the invoice, or as otherwise provided by NextWarehouse.com to Buyer in writing. NextWarehouse.com reserves the right to modify or eliminate such policies at any time. Although NextWarehouse.com's policies may permit Buyer to return Products claimed to be defective under certain circumstances, NextWarehouse.com makes no representation or warranties of any kind with respect to the Products.

NextWarehouse.com HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NextWarehouse.com WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST, OR EXPENSE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY.

NextWarehouse.com's 30-Day Guarantee*** against defects shall constitute NextWarehouse.com's sole liability and Buyer's exclusive remedy in connection with any claim of any kind relating to the quality, condition, or performance of any Product, whether such claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence, or purpose or otherwise. In the event NextWarehouse.com issues a return authorization to Buyer allowing Buyer to return Product to NextWarehouse.com, Buyer will deliver the Product to NextWarehouse.com's address in the United States, if so required by NextWarehouse.com, and Buyer shall bear all applicable federal, state, municipal, and other government taxes (such as sales, use, and similar taxes) as well as import or customs duties, license fees, and similar charges, however designated or levied, on any replacement Product to be shipped by NextWarehouse.com to Buyer. This warranty applies to all products, unless specifically stated otherwise.

All returns must be accompanied by a return form with a valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the invoice or packing list. You can obtain an RMA number at our Customer Service and Return Department Online section, or you can call us at 1-877-235-6628. An RMA number will not be issued beyond the 30th day from date of shipment and expires 3 days after the date it was issued (i.e. the package must be shipped within 3 days). All returned products should be shipped freight prepaid, insured and traceable via UPS or FedEx. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. The item must be shipped with original packaging intact and in a resalable condition. Original packaging that has been defaced or written on will not be accepted. Please double box the return package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any event. Extended warranties offered by NextWarehouse.com are not refundable in any event. All refunds will be for NextWarehouse.com's current price or the sale price, whichever is lower, less any applicable fees or charges.

RMA CONDITIONS Conditions for Return Material Authorization
  1. Item is returned in original packaging
  2. Item is returned with all supplied accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Item has not been registered with the manufacturer
  4. Item has not been applied for any rebates or other manufacturer promotions
  5. Item is returned in the same condition received
  6. Item or packaging has not been defaced or misused
  7. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  8. Item is returned with a valid Return Authorization

Any failure to comply with these conditions will result in a decline for the Return Authorization.

Return Exception

Due to certain restrictions and requirements, some product categories are may not be eligible for RMA claim, unless the Hotswap Warranty is purchased. Any manufacturing defects under there categories are to be fulfilled by the respective manufacturer's warranty. This is a partial list and is only an example. Please contact our customer service department with the product you are planning to purchase to determine if there is a manufacturer restriction.
