Yes, we accept international customer orders.

- Checkout. In order to checkout your order, you need
to select the destination country in your shopping cart first.
After you select your country,
- the shipping & handling cost will be displayed in your shopping
cart for your selection of shipping method.
- the new customer registration form will display international
address entries for you to fill out the shipping/billing addresses.
You can always change your destination country before you checkout.
- Duties, Taxes and Customs. The order total does not include import
duties or taxes which may be assessed by some destination countries. Any such
additional fee is the responsibility of the customer. All shipments go through
a customs clearance procedure, which can affect transit time.
- Overseas shipment. All products for export must first be shipped
to our headquarter in PA, USA warehouse for processing,
please allow a few additional days for handling to
international destinations.
Post Office service Air/Express (Extra 3-8 business days for handling in USA;
2-7 for custom clearance in your country)
World Wild Express (Extra 1-3 business days for handling in USA; usually,
same day custom clearance in your country)
For Post Office Shipments, no tracking numbers will be provided.
- Insurance. NextWarehouse insures all order shipments to your destination.
- Payments. Currently, we accept VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, and Wire In.
Wire In is subject to a surcharge of
US$25.00 due to bank wire in
transaction fee. However, we will offer some
cash back for orders with totals more than US$500
if you use "Wire In" payment.
