Fax Suite is a fax application package that includes Fax Messaging, Fax on Demand and Fax Overflow. Fax Messaging allows users to receive fax messages in their voice mailbox, which can be printed to a fax machine, or working with Unified Messaging can be viewed on the PC screen and printed to a network printer. Fax on Demand is a powerful support tool that can free up administrative staff time for more important work than faxing price lists and company directions which can be stored on Communications Manager and requested by callers without the intervention of a valuable employee. Fax Overflow is like having another fax machine because when a fax machine is busy or out of service for some reason, the fax will be stored in a Fax Overflow mailbox and then automatically sent to the fax machine when it is once again in service.
